Job summary

The role encompasses project execution, team leadership, client and PMC coordination, budgeting, safety and quality control, technical supervision, commissioning, and project billing.

You will plan scope, timelines, and resources; supervise HT/LT works, transformers, and installations; coordinate with clients, PMC, and internal teams; monitor costs, risks,

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10-15 years of experience in electrical project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage HT, LT, transformer, electrical installation, and commissioning activities.

• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, risks, and compliance with electrical standards.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and maintain required project records.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate RA bills with PMC/Client for certification and payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage electrical projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and execution
• Lead project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
• Manage HT, LT, transformer, electrical installation, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and project issues
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, risks, and compliance with electrical standards
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and maintain required project records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in electrical project management
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects, HT/LT works, transformers, and commissioning
• Good knowledge of electrical project planning, execution, billing, and budget management
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project, or similar project management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
• PMP/CCM certification is an added advantage
