Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within our facility. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted plant operations while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
• Maintain HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Motors, MCC Panels, DG Sets, and Plant Utilities.
• Diagnose electrical faults and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain power distribution systems and electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance and reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with HT/LT Systems, Motors, Transformers, MCC Panels, and DG Sets.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
