Job summary

Highway Roop Precision Technologies in Chennai, India seeks a Maintenance & Reliability specialist to install, commission, and troubleshoot Fanuc Oi-TF systems and gantry automation. You will program PLCs, write logic for Mitsubishi/Delta/Omron, and conduct preventive maintenance per schedules.

Focus on safety, efficiency, and root-cause analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production, maintain SHOP floor standards, and generate MIS reports for management

Qualifications

• Expertise in Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Fanuc Oi-TF, Gantry Automation.
• Knowledge of Programming and ladder logic.
• Knowledge of PLC based machine with hand on experience on Logic writing of Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron PLC's.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedules.
• Minimize repeated breakdowns through timely interventions and root cause analysis.
• Ensure zero electrical incidents by adhering to safety protocols.
• Optimize hydraulic and lubrication oil usage to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shop floor 1S and 2S standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives in production and maintenance.
• Oversee operations of STP, ETP, DM, and RO plants.
• Prepare maintenance-related MIS reports and present updates for management reviews.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and closure of action items related to maintenance operations.

Role & responsibilities

Maintenance & Reliability

Inventory & Resource Management

• Manage tools inventory to ensure availability and optimal utilization.
• Oversee operations of STP, ETP, DM, and RO plants.

Workplace Standards & Improvement
