Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks an engineering lead to manage an electrical team responsible for design, development, integration and validation of electrical and electronic systems. You will engage in costing, design and development, and drive innovation for product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams in NPD, testing and manufacturing.

The role requires proficiency in CREO 3.0, ProfiCAD and E-Plan, and the ability to lead a team of software engineers to integrate HW and SW

Qualifications

• Experience leading an electrical hardware team in product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools CREO 3.0, ProfiCAD and E-Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team to design, develop, integrate and validate electrical and electronic systems.
• Coordinate with NPD, testing and manufacturing for cross-functional product development.
• Drive hardware/software integration into machine architecture.
