Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned electrical engineering lead to manage a team responsible for the design, development, integration and validation of electrical and electronic systems.

You will collaborate with NPD, testing and manufacturing across costing, design and product launches, and you will drive HW/SW integration within machine architecture using CREO and other CAD tools.

Strong leadership, cross-functional communication and hands-on engineering experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead electrical team for design, development, integration and validation of electrical/electronic systems.
• Engage cross-functional teams in NPD, testing and manufacturing from costing to product launch.
• Costing, design and development involvement for new products.
