ShaktiPunj Engineers in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, seeks an experienced electrical design engineer to support industrial and power plant projects. The role emphasizes CAD-based SLD preparation, tender specifications, and reviewing complex electrical docs.

The candidate should have 10–15 years in electrical design, with proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical software, and strong experience in sizing and earth grid calculations. This is a full-time position based in Raipur.

Competenze

• Diploma or graduate engineer with electrical design background.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical design in industrial or power plant sectors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and electrical software.

Mansioni

• Prepare SLDs for electrical systems (CAD-based).
• Prepare tender specifications from SLD.
• Review TG & boiler electrical documents including alternator, cable schedule, turbine docs.
• Size major electrical equipment: HT/LT cables, motors, bus bars, earthing, lighting, panels.
• Earth grid layout and earth mat for buildings; 33/11kV switchyard layout.
• Cable tray layout and routing within buildings and on steel racks.
• Review/approve electrical panel GA, logic, wiring, and SLD from panel builders.
• Short-circuit and fault calculations for power plant systems.
• Tender specification preparation and equipment sizing.

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate Engineer.

Past Job profile: Must be working in Electrical Design office (Industrial) / Power Plant Electrical Design Engineering.

Experience: 10-15 years.

Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Windows 10, MS Word, Electrical Software.

Expected Salary: between 45K to 55K.

Job Requirement:

1. Should be able to prepare SLD for electrical system (CAD based)
2. Preparation of tender specification based on SLD,
3. Review of TG & Boiler electrical documents including alternator, cable schedule, Turbine related documents etc,
4. Sizing calculation for major electrical equipment like, HT/LT Cables + Motors + Bus bar + Earthing system + Lighting system + Panel internal component sizing,
5. Earth Grid Layout preparation + Earth mat for building,
6. 33/11kV Switch yard layout + earth mat + Plan & elevation,
7. Cable tray layout & routing within building and over steel rack,
8. Review and approval of Electrical panel GA + Logic + Wiring diagram + SLD submitted by Panel builder,
9. Short-circuit & fault calculation for system in power plant,
10. Preparation of Tender specification/sizing of major electrical equipment such as

1. Power / Auxiliary transformer,
2. Switchyard comprising of MGR + CT + PR + VCB + Isolator + Earthing + Illumination + Battery & Battery charger for VCB operation,
3. PCC & MCC panel,
4. Illumination Layout,
5. Cable Layout with Cable Tray routing,
6. Earth pit (calculation based on soil resistivity test) and
7. Earth mat calculation.
