Job summary

Apollo Tyres Manufacturing in Tamil Nadu seeks a maintenance engineer with 2–4 years of experience to troubleshoot electrical/electronic breakdowns and perform scheduled CLIT activities in shifts.

You will support lock-out/tag-out, PTW, energy isolation, and ensure 5S in zones, while contributing to Kaizen and continuous improvement programs. Candidates should hold B.E./B.Tech in EEE or Mechatronics and be ready to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in EEE or Mechatronics is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs and HMI systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and capturing electrical/electronic breakdowns in Maintwiz.
• Take up CLIT activities as per schedule in shifts.
• Support lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-to-work (PTW), and energy isolation procedures.
• Ensure 5S in individual zones.
• Participation in Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs.
