Job summary

Stepbeyd Strategic Global is seeking a hands-on Automation Engineer to develop and modify PLC programs (Mitsubishi), design electrical control systems, and execute HMI programming for industrial applications. The role requires servo drive and motion control experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with design and production teams.

Travel across India and internationally (including Japan) is expected for commissioning and support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi PLC programming.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring standards (control & power).
• Proficiency in HMI configuration and interface (preferably GOT series).
• Experience with servo drives and motion control systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command over English language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Exel.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify PLC programs preference for experience with Mitsubishi PLCs
• Design and troubleshoot electrical control and power wiring systems
• Execute HMI programming and integration for industrial applications
• Work on servo motor programming and drive configuration
• Support the commissioning, testing, and maintenance of automation systems
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for projects
• Ready to travel across India and internationally (including countries like Japan) for commissioning and support activities.

Skills Required
