Job summary

Egis is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to design electrical systems for commercial buildings in India. You will prepare layouts, SLDs, load schedules, and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting teams to deliver compliant drawings and documentation.

The role requires ensuring quality, participating in design reviews, and supporting project delivery within timelines and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in electrical design and engineering.
• Experience delivering electrical design for commercial projects (hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, high-rises).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and electrical design software.

• Design and develop electrical systems for commercial building projects.
• Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, lighting layouts, power distribution, and other technical drawings.
• Perform electrical load calculations and equipment sizing as required.

About the Role
