Job summary

Vijaya Management in Maharashtra’s Chakan region seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to support lubrication system automation, including control panel design, electrical schematics, wiring, and BOM preparation. Qualifications

• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel GA drawings.
• Prepare electrical BOMs/BOQs, datasheets, and technical documentation.
• Select and specify components such as contactors, relays, starters, MCBs, MCCBs, drives, sensors, and power supplies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Testing, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC programs for lubrication system applications.
• Develop and configure HMI screens, alarms, parameters, and control functions.
• Support implementation of control philosophy and sequence logic.
• Interface PLCs with sensors, pumps, valves, drives, and other field devices.
• Maintain proper backup and revision control of PLC/HMI programs.

Role & responsibilities -

To support electrical engineering design and automation activities for lubrication systems, including control panel design, electrical schematics, wiring, component selection, electrical BOM preparation, PLC programming, HMI development, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities -

Electrical Design

• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel GA drawings.
• Assist in control panel design and electrical component selection.
• Prepare electrical BOMs/BOQs, datasheets, and technical documentation.
• Select and specify components such as contactors, relays, starters, MCBs, MCCBs, drives, sensors, and power supplies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Testing, and Engineering teams.

PLC & HMI

• Develop and modify PLC programs for lubrication system applications.
• Develop and configure HMI screens, alarms, parameters, and control functions.
• Support implementation of control philosophy and sequence logic.
• Interface PLCs with sensors, pumps, valves, drives, and other field devices.
• Maintain proper backup and revision control of PLC/HMI programs.

Testing & Commissioning

• Support electrical panel testing and system testing.
• Assist in FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Identify and resolve electrical, PLC, HMI, and automation-related issues.
• Support site commissioning and customer technical requirements, as required.

Documentation & Customer Support

• Maintain electrical drawings, BOMs, PLC programs, HMI files, and technical records.
• Provide technical support for automation-related customer issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and revision control of engineering deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile -

Female, BE- Electrical, Instrumentation, E & TC & 1+ year of experience in relevant field.
