Job summary

Envertiz Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical design delivery across commercial, residential, and industrial infrastructure projects. You will prepare detailed calculations, ELV design, SLDs, and BOQs, coordinating with HVAC, plumbing, and architectural teams.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years in building services electrical design, and proficiency in AutoCAD, DIALux, and electrical calculation

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years in building services electrical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, DIALux & electrical calculation tools.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, LV systems, lighting design & ELV systems.
• Familiarity with NEC, NBC, IS & IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical engineering calculations - load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, transformer/DG sizing & short circuit analysis.
• Design Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems - fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data/telecom.
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, technical specifications & Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Coordinate design integration with HVAC, Plumbing, and Architectural teams.
