Skillventory in Pune is seeking an electrical inspection specialist to perform comprehensive testing and inline inspections of machines. You will ensure 100% inspection, maintain test equipment, and support supplier assessments.

The role concentrates on CAPA, CORNs analysis, and timely decisions on materials and components, with a focus on preventing repeat issues through disciplined processes and PDI at assembly stages.

Responsabilidades

• Electrical inspection and testing of the machines.
• Online and final inspection of the machines.
• Maintaining inspection and test equipments (Torque stations, Test rigs, Gauges , etc.)
• Final machine testing and trouble shooting as required.
• Red flag / NCR monitoring and appropriate alerts, and CAPA.
• Quarantine area material decision and monitoring.
• Prepare data base for CORNS and deploy it horizontally to prevent repeat issues.
• Strong Process approach and PDI for Assembled Machines
• Proactive working on Assembly Process and use expertise to arrest the defects at Assembly / PDI stations.
• Inward inspection of electrical components.
• Support Electrical Supplier assessment , Supplier Process and current as well as new Product development
• Improve Supplier PDI with the help of SQI
• Inspection / Test facility.
• 100 % inspection and testing of the machines going to customer / IC
• 100% availability of test rigs / equipments / Poka yoke , etc.
• Capture red flags and CDC points observations and correction of the same before machine despatch.
• CAPA based on CORNs analysis.
• No use of suspected material from quarantine area. Timely decision of suspected material.
• Timely decision of new electrical components.
• Timely inspection of regular components.
• FSIR of new parts and part approval.
