Job summary

Tmte Metal Tech in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Junior Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep of production equipment. You will work on electrical panels, motors, and basic PLC troubleshooting, performing breakdown and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will maintain presses, CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and assist with powder coating equipment, cranes, compressors, and DG sets, while keeping records and following safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical / EEE with 0–2 years in industrial maintenance.
• Freshers with relevant exposure can apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle HT/LT panels, motors, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance of production machinery.
• Maintain press, roll-forming, press brake, welding, and CNC machines.
• Handle basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Support maintenance of powder coating equipment and EOT cranes.
• Handle basic utility maintenance of compressors and DG sets.
• Perform inspection, lubrication, component replacement, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety and housekeeping standards.
