Job summary

Matrix Robotics Pvt Ltd in Sambhaji Nagar is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and PLC-controlled machines.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years of experience, with a focus on electrical panels, drives, motors, and control circuits, and a strong safety mindset. Immediate joiners preferred and male candidates only as per eligibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, HMC and PLC-driven machines is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in industrial machine maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and PLC-controlled machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in CNC, VMC, HMC, and PLC-based machines.
• Maintain electrical panels, drives, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth machine operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improving machine efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, and PLC-controlled machines.
• Experience in electrical panel troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems and electrical components.
• Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
