Job summary

Cimprogetti Of India Pvt Ltd in Delhi invites an experienced Electrical Engineer to design low voltage industrial electrical systems compliant with Machinery Directive and ATEX. You will develop motor and automation panels from PLC/SCADA, create P&IDs and wiring diagrams, and define component specifications.

Bring 6+ years in cement/steel or related sectors, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD), and strong English communication. Expect coordination with external teams and occasional travel for project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Automation Engineering.
• Experience with automation, robotics and process control systems.
• Fluent English via phone, email and in person.
• Hands-on CAD design using AutoCAD for P&IDs and diagrams.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Design low voltage industrial electrical systems in compliance with the Machinery Directive and ATEX regulations
• Design motor power supply panels and automation panels based on PLCs and SCADA systems
• Develop P&IDs, wiring diagrams, motor lists
• Define technical specifications and contribute to the selection of the various plant components, such as: motors, inverters, process instrumentation, electrical protections
• Coordinate external resources for the development of project engineering
• Participate in testing of system components before shipment to the construction site

Preferred candidate profile

• Highly motivated, versatile and able to work in autonomy and capable to be part and player in a team.
• Expertise in Automation and Robotics technologies and their applications
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Process Control systems
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Able to communicate fluently in English by telephone, email and in presence.
• Hands on experience of AUTOCAD and can able to prepare for Process Flow Diagrams.
• Prior work experience in MNC or company having International work Standards.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience

• Minimum 6 years of work experience, Prior experience in Lime, Cement or Steel industry are a plus.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and the Office package
• Good knowledge of CAD design software (preferably Autocad) or electrical engineering applications
• Availability to travel for short periods in EEC and non-EEC countries
• Innovative spirit, curiosity and ambition to learn and grow
• Previous experience in similar roles or situations is appreciated, but we are also available to evaluate people with their first work experiences
