Job summary

Fixotec Pipe Supports Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an Electric Walkie Stacker Operator to manage loading, unloading, stacking and retrieval of materials in the warehouse and production areas.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience with electric walkie stackers or similar equipment, with a basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety practices. ITI qualification is advantageous and shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating electric walkie stackers, pallet stackers or similar equipment.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse and material-handling operations.
• Experience in loading, unloading, stacking and shifting materials safely.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices related to material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric walkie stacker safely for loading, unloading, lifting and movement of materials.
• Stack and retrieve materials, pallets, and components at designated warehouse locations.
• Move materials between stores, production, dispatch and other areas.
• Ensure proper load handling and prevent damage to materials, pallets, racks and equipment.
• Conduct daily basic checks of the stacker (battery, forks, wheels, brakes, controls).
• Report equipment faults, damage or safety concerns to supervisor.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Electric Walkie Stacker Operator (Josts EJC15/17) to handle material movement, loading, unloading, stacking, and retrieval activities within the warehouse and production areas. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating an electric walkie stacker, maintaining proper material placement, and ensuring efficient movement of materials as per warehouse and production requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operate electric walkie stacker safely for loading, unloading, lifting, and movement of materials.
• Stack and retrieve materials, pallets, and components at designated warehouse locations.
• Move materials between stores, production, dispatch, and other designated areas.
• Ensure proper load handling and prevent damage to materials, pallets, racks, and equipment.
• Conduct daily basic checks of the stacker, including battery, forks, wheels, brakes, and controls.
• Report equipment faults, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, traffic routes, and material-handling guidelines.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, 5S, and safe working conditions in the warehouse and material-handling areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or relevant technical qualification will be an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in operating electric walkie stacker, pallet stacker, or similar material-handling equipment.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse and material-handling operations.
• Experience in loading, unloading, stacking, and shifting materials safely.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices related to material handling
• Ability to work effectively in a production / warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
