Aramya seeks an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with our leadership on diverse problems from day one. This is a demanding 0 to 1 role designed to test grit, with a clear path to become a Business/Product/Operations lead within 12–18 months.

The candidate should thrive on learning, embrace challenges as growth opportunities, and be prepared to contribute across functions as we scale newly launched brands like Aramya, Tavira by Aramya, and upcoming ventures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS).
• 1 year to 5 years of work experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a stronger bias for action.
• Ability to absorb ambiguity and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership on diverse problem statements.
• Navigate a hardcore 0 to 1 role and demonstrate grit and perseverance.
