Aramya, Jaipur-based fashion and lifestyle brand, is seeking a skilled Fashion Buyer/Procurement Executive to lead finished goods buying in Women's apparel. The role emphasizes cost-effective sourcing, strong vendor relationships, and alignment with our fast-fashion calendar.

You'll build a network of reliable manufacturers, manage sampling and sourcing, and drive a robust pipeline to support weekly collection drops across Tavira and Aramya lines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Fashion Buyer or Procurement Executive focusing entirely on finished goods buying in Women's Apparel/Ethnic wear.
• Exceptional commercial negotiation skills with a proven track record of optimising buying prices.
• Established, ready-to-use relationships with apparel vendors and manufacturing hubs.
• Ability to look at a vendor's finished catalogue and spot high-margin, high-volume potential items.

Responsibilities

• Cost effective designing capturing the latest market trends in Women’s Kurta sets category.
• Vendor relationship to ensure sampling and sourcing of goods that align with Aramya’s brand, sizing and quality parameters.
• Build and manage a robust network of reliable, ready-made garment (RMG) manufacturers and suppliers.
• Deliver a consistent pipeline of curated finished products to meet our fast-paced weekly collection drops.
• Track SKU performance and vendor margins to systematically scale best-sellers and phase out slow movers.
