Job summary

Stable Money in India seeks a high-performing Stable Wealth Manager to acquire high-value retail clients and drive investments into Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds.

You will own acquisition, closure and ongoing client relationships, with a strong personal network and a track record of meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

This is a performance-driven role with incentive potential and required CRM proficiency, strong negotiations, and field execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
• Rich customer contacts and active networks required.
• Experience with sales processes and CRM usage.
• Graduate or MBA preferred; local city experience required.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
• Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.
• Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
• Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
• Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
• Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
• Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.

Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.

• Target ticket size per customer:₹5–10 lakhs
• Expected to bring strong personal client networks
• Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
• Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
• Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
• Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.
• High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).
• Proven direct sales to retail customers
• Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
• Fluency in English + local language.

• FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals

• Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate
