• Monitor environmental impact and ensure proper waste disposal and pollution control; drive sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; maintain EHS records and prepare management reports.

• 2) Risk Assessment & Safety ManagementConduct hazard identification and risk assessments.Implement control measures to minimize workplace risks.Lead incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• 3) Training & AwarenessOrganize EHS training programs for employees and contractors.Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.Conduct safety drills (fire, evacuation, emergency response).
• 4) Environmental ManagementMonitor environmental impact (waste, emissions, water usage).Ensure proper waste disposal and pollution control.Drive sustainability and environmental initiatives.
