Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Health Safety and Environment required.
• Experience in EHS on construction sites preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable safety laws and standards.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific EHS plans, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, standards, and contract requirements.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for all activities.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices across the site.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, working at height, confined space, excavation, etc.
• Maintain all statutory registers, permits, and licenses.
• Conduct safety induction for all new employees and workers.
• Organize regular toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness campaigns.
• Report, investigate, and analyze accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain incident records and submit reports to management.
• Conduct mock drills (fire, evacuation, rescue operations).
• Ensure availability and maintenance of emergency equipment.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
