Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across corporate facilities. The role focuses on EHS compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident management, emergency preparedness, statutory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 7+ years of EHS experience, and strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years EHS experience in corporate facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.
• ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor certifications.
• ISO 45001/14001 Internal Auditor certifications.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and compliance activities.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct mock drills.
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with facility management teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Certifications
