Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programs across NCR corporate facilities. This on-site role in Noida/Gurugram focuses on compliance, risk assessments, audits and incident management to drive a strong safety culture.

You will implement policies, manage ISO 45001/14001 initiatives, train staff, and coordinate emergency preparedness with facilities teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EHS experience in corporate facilities or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.
• Ability to implement and manage EHS programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory environmental, occupational health & safety requirements.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and compliance activities.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct mock drills.
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with facility management teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
