Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Noida, NCR, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across corporate facilities. You will ensure compliance with Indian EHS regulations and lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness.

You will drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation, deliver training, monitor environmental performance, and collaborate with facility teams to foster a strong safety culture across our NCR

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EHS experience in corporate facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.
• Mandatory certifications: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor.
• NEBOSH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across NCR corporate facilities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health & safety requirements.
• Conduct EHS audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and compliance activities.
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental performance and regulatory reporting.
