Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an EHS professional to facilitate the implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety requirements at project workplaces and ensure the EHS Management System is followed.

The role includes monitoring EHS Inspectors, training staff and visitors, reviewing legal requirements, and driving continual improvements through site inspections and campaigns. A strong focus on emergency preparedness and incident investigation is essential.

Qualifications

• EHS knowledge with focus on legal requirements and standards.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems on construction or industrial projects.
• Ability to train staff, visitors, subcontractors and workmen on safety practices.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and drive corrective actions.

• Organize EHS campaigns, competitions, and special emphasis programs.
