Zusammenfassung

PeopleStrong is seeking a Safety Compliance professional to implement and monitor EHS requirements at project sites. You will drive the EHS Management System, supervise Inspectors, and ensure legal compliance while coordinating training for staff, visitors, subcontractors, and workmen.

You will also lead risk assessments, emergency preparedness, incident investigations, and continual EHS improvements, reporting findings to the Project Manager and CEHSM.

• Knowledge of EHS management systems.
• Ability to conduct EHS training for staff, visitors, subcontractors, and workmen.

• Prepare and update Project EHS Plans.
• Prepare EHS Risk Assessments and Safe Work Methods.
• Report EHS observations to Project Manager for continual improvement.
• Organize EHS campaigns, competitions, and special emphasis programs.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze incident trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Establish, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures at project sites.
