Job summary

Encalm Hospitality Private Limited in Goa seeks a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain a clean, welcoming lounge and dining area. You will clean tables, sofas, floors, fixtures and keep the reception and bar zones neat and orderly.

Responsibilities include replenishing washroom amenities, reporting maintenance issues, assisting staff in F&B service, collecting newspapers, laundry duties and ensuring a safe, tidy environment in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 10th pass or BHM/BSc in Hotel Management from any recognized board/university.
• Able to be administratively self-sufficient.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment effectively.
• Good communication skills, effective problem solving skills, reliable, responsible, enthusiastic, pleasing personality, smart & tidy in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the lounge area in a clean and tidy manner for customers.
• Clean the tables, pick up debris from sofas, chairs, floor, etc.
• Rearrange all furniture, especially tables, sofas and chairs in a neat and tidy manner.
• Wipe clean all tables, sofas, chairs, shelves, cupboards, cabinets, walls, signage, lighting, plants, fixtures, etc.
• Clean all washrooms, replenish amenities in the washrooms.
• Collect and arrange newspapers on shelves; handle laundry duties.
• Report defective appliances and equipment to Supervisor/Shift Leader – Guest Service for repair and maintenance.
• Assist other staff and customers when required.

• Clean the tables, pick up debrisfrom sofas, chairs, floor, etc.
• Rearrange all furniture, esp.tables, sofas and chairs in a neat and tidy manner.
• Wipe clean all tables, sofas,chairs, shelves, cupboards, cabinets, walls, signage’s,lighting , plants, other fixtures, coolers, fridges, etc.-Sweepand mop the floor.
• Clean all washrooms, if any,after use and regularly.
• Replenish amenities in thewashrooms, if any.
• Collect and arrange newspapers onshelves.
• Gather dirty linens forlaundry purpose.
• Report defective electricalappliances, F&B equipment, etc. to Supervisor / ShiftLeader – Guest Service for repair and maintenance.- Assistother staff and customers / passengers when required
• Vacuum Cleaning of the CarpetFloor.
• Polishing by SingleDisk Machine – Marble Flooring.
• Bar and Drinks Replenishment –Help the F&B staff in Replenishment of Beverages.
• Toilet Areas – Deep Cleaning ofthe Entire Toilets
• Ensure to keep the area ofdeployment clean and tidy e.g. Reception, toilet, Loungeseating, buffet, bar, pantry etc. etc.
• To undertake other jobs assignedby superior from time to time
  

Requirements
