e-Hireo seeks a Lead Hardware Engineer for Vehicle Electronics with 8–10+ years hands-on hardware experience across motor control, power electronics, and vehicle networks. You will drive schematic capture, PCB design, and validation for integrated vehicle systems.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of LTE/Wi‑Fi/GNSS/BLE, CAN/RS‑485 interfaces, MCUs, and testing methods. This role demands documentation skills and RCA participation on-site in Bengaluru.

Position Name: Lead Hardware Engineer - Vehicle Electronics

Required Skills :

• Commitment and passion towards all things engineering, in general, and electrical/electronicsengineering, in specific. Drive towards creating new ideas and bringing them to practice.
• Strong work ethic, bias towards action, and readiness to be outside own’s comfort zone.
• Strong understanding in electrical engineering, hardware engineering, schematic capture, and PCB layout design.
• Experience in at least one of the following: designing systems with LTE, Wi-Fi, GNSS, BLE, non-volatile memory, and communication protocols such as CAN, RS-485, SPI, I2C.
• component selection: relays, power supply circuits, micro-controller design, sensing circuits.
• VCU, BMS, chargers, power-train, instrument clusters.
• Experience with functional and other testing.
• Hands-on experience with software tools for circuit simulation (LTSPICE), PCB Design tools (Altium, Cadence).
• Create documentation related to design, testing, and manufacturing.
• Perform and support, as needed, RCA at R&D, manufacturing, and at site.
• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc in Electrical Engineering + 8-10 years or more of relevant hands-on hardware experience.
