We provide student counselling, university/college guidance, application support, IELTS/PTE preparation, and related international education services.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding international education opportunities, handling enquiries and follow-ups, communicating with universities and institutions, and supporting our digital marketing and content-creation activities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad and international education opportunities.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Handle incoming leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead records.
• Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and international education partners through emails and other communication channels.
• Support IELTS/PTE and other language-training enquiries.
• Participate in student seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Assist with reels, short videos, educational posts, carousels, stories, and promotional content.
• Edit basic videos and graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Help develop creative ideas and content related to international education, student guidance, IELTS/PTE, visa information, and career opportunities.
• Support Meta/Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns when required.
• Maintain professional communication with students, parents, institutions, and internal team members.
• Achieve counselling, follow-up, and student-conversion targets.

Pay range and compensation package

Between 18380 and 26400 monthly salary

Performance-based incentives may be provided based on company policy.
