Job summary

Rishiraj Media in Delhi is seeking a candidate to enroll students for courses and handle inquiries. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and ensure accurate database records.

You will understand student requirements, guide them to suitable programs, explain eligibility and admission procedures, course structure, and details, and ensure proper servicing for all enrolled students.
