Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking an experienced IBM Sterling Integrator Production Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for critical B2B/EDI integration platforms. The role focuses on monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations of IBM Sterling Integrator environments.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling SI, EDI Transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML), log analysis, SQL, Linux/Unix commands, and be willing to work 24x7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling SI.
• Strong knowledge of EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML).
• Proficient in SQL, Linux/Unix commands, and shell scripting.
• Experience with incident management and ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 production support for IBM Sterling environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze logs, validate data, and support batch jobs in production.
• Coordinate with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) for escalation.

We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling Integrator Production Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for critical B2B/EDI integration platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth operations of IBM Sterling Integrator environments. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in production support.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI).
• Strong knowledge of EDI Transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML).
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Sterling Integrator processes.
• Knowledge of business processes, maps, routing rules, and workflows in Sterling SI.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of file transfer protocols:
• SFTP
• FTP
• AS2
• HTTP/S
• Experience in log analysis and issue diagnosis.
• SQL knowledge for basic data validation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Experience in handling batch jobs and monitoring production environments.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 support shifts.

Preferred Skills
