Job summary

Fab Habitat is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee US ecommerce activities from our Noida office. You will manage product listings, inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service, coordinating with our US team to align on EST hours.

You will optimize cross-channel catalog management across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and our own site, drive process improvements with data analytics, and lead a small customer service team to maintain high satisfaction and smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Ecommerce Operations experience.
• Experience with major marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy).
• Bachelor's degree in BA, Logistics, or related field.
• Leadership and customer service escalation experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of day-to-day ecommerce activities across B2B and B2C channels.
• Product listings, catalog updates, stock levels, and inventory syncing across platforms.
• Lead and mentor customer service team; ensure high satisfaction metrics.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee our day-to-day US ecommerce operations from our Noida office.

Role Overview

As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will manage all aspects of our ecommerce operations, including product management, inventory control, logistics, and customer service management. Working directly aligned with our US team (EST hours), you will ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution, streamline cross-platform catalog management, and lead our customer support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day B2B and B2C ecommerce activities to maintain seamless order fulfillment and logistics pipeline.
• Product & Inventory Control: Manage product listings, catalog updates, stock levels, and inventory syncing across multiple online channels.
• Customer Service Leadership: Direct and mentor customer service team members to deliver exceptional support and maintain high satisfaction metrics.
• Platform Management: Optimize brand presence and product operations across major platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and our core site.
• Problem Solving & Analytics: Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, track key performance metrics, and implement creative solutions to optimize processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, production, and US-based teams to ensure operational goals align with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce Operations (B2B, B2C, or pure-play Ecommerce background strongly preferred).
• Platform Expertise: Proven track record working with major ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc.) is a major plus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Leadership & CS: Demonstrated experience managing customer service teams and handling escalation workflows.
• Core Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and quick learning adaptability.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Shift Details & Must-Haves

• Night Shift Alignment: This role supports our US operations. Candidates must be fully flexible and committed to working fixed night shifts from 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST.
