About the Company: Kohinoor Techno Business Solutions LLP is a growing service-based company specializing in e-commerce operations, digital solutions, and business process optimization for global clients. We are expanding our e-commerce team to manage online operations during international time zones.

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to handle product listings, order management, inventory tracking, and customer support for our international e-commerce platforms during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in online marketplace operations such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, or Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and catalog accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
• Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for stock updates.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations through chat/email within SLA timelines.
• Analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance online sales.
• Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, accounts, and operations.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or IT preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.

Shift Details

Shift: Night Shift (approx. 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Working days: Monday to Friday
