About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, analytical Business Operations (BizOps) professional to help drive growth and operational excellence across our e-commerce business through seller and vendor central. You will work closely with leadership and teams across growth, category, marketing, supply chain, product to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and execute initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and monitor key e-commerce metrics including GMV, revenue, orders, AMS.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Work with category and merchandising teams to improve assortment, pricing, promotions, and product performance.
