Job summary

GrowthJockey seeks a Senior Manager — Marketplace & Quick-Commerce Advertising in Gurugram. You will build and own the marketplace ads practice as a standalone P&L, running campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and epharma for clients and GrowthJockey's ventures.

You will lead a 3–6 member team growing to 10–12, drive budget decisions, craft bidding strategies, and partner with the Intellsys.ai team on measurement. Location is Gurugram with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years total experience with at least 4 years in marketplace advertising.
• Ownership of a meaningful monthly marketplace ad budget across platforms.
• Strong command of Amazon Ads and at least one of Flipkart or quick-commerce platforms.
• Experience managing people (3+), and handling multiple client accounts or large brand categories.
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace ads P&L including spend, fees, delivery cost and gross margin.
• Lead platform campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and epharma.
• Manage keyword architecture, bids, budget strategy, dayparting and share of voice.
• Present performance to clients and drive renewals and scope expansion.
• Collaborate with Intellsys.ai to build measurement layers (incrementality, TACOS).
• Hire, coach and lead a pod-based team; oversee GrowthJockey's ventures too.

We are looking for a Senior Manager — Marketplace & Quick-Commerce Advertising to build and own our marketplace ads practice as its own P&L. You will run campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and epharma platforms — for client brands and for GrowthJockey's own ventures. This is based in Gurugram, leading a team of 3–6 growing to 10–12.

• Own the ads P&L — spend, fees, delivery cost, utilisation and gross margin for the full marketplace book
• Run platform campaigns yourself and through your team: Sponsored Products/Brands/Display on Amazon, PLA/CPSL on Flipkart, ad products on Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart, and epharma placements
• Work the full lever set — keyword architecture, bid and budget strategy, dayparting, share of voice, competitor conquesting, listing hygiene, and inventory-aware pacing
• Lead clients directly — monthly/quarterly business reviews, renewals, and scope expansion
• Partner with our Intellsys.ai team to build a measurement layer — incrementality, TACOS, contribution margin per SKU
• Apply the same craft inside GrowthJockey's own ventures, not just client accounts
• Hire, coach, and run a pod-based team.
• 4-5 years total experience, with at least 4 years hands-on in marketplace advertising
• Proven ownership of a meaningful monthly marketplace ad budget across platforms
• Strong command of Amazon Ads plus at least one of Flipkart or the quick-commerce platforms
• Experience managing people (3+) and multiple concurrent client accounts, or owning large categories brand-side
• Analytical skills to a modelling standard in Excel/Sheets; SQL, Power BI or Looker a strong plus
• Comfortable presenting to clients and defending performance, good or bad
• Based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR, or has a genuine reason to relocate

• Experience across at least three distinct product categories
• Exposure to AI-led marketing or measurement platforms
• Background in a venture-building or specialist commerce agency environment
