Job summary

MACOM India in Delhi seeks a hands-on Lead for the e-commerce team to drive marketplace listings, pricing, inventory, and P&L responsibilities. You will plan digital campaigns, monitor performance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure policy compliance while coordinating logistics and customer service.

The role requires strong strategic and operational leadership across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, with a focus on growth and ROI optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce team and oversee full unit operations.
• Manage marketplace accounts, listings, pricing and inventory.
• Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns for growth.
• Monitor sales, analyze performance and drive revenue.
• Manage vendor relations, contracts and policy compliance.
• Handle P&L, supply chain, logistics and customer service.
• Deep knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Proficient in PLA campaigns and ROI optimization.
