Responsibilities

Manage Amazon India and Quick Commerce accounts on a daily basis.
Create, update, and optimize product catalogues and listings.
Drive sales growth, revenue, and SKU-wise performance.
Plan and execute offers, promotions, deals, and campaigns.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and stock-outs.
Track competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.
Monitor account health, listing issues, ratings, reviews, and marketplace performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
Identify growth opportunities and take corrective actions for underperforming SKUs.
Handle marketplace issues and coordinate with Amazon/Q-commerce platform teams for resolution.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon India and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, sales growth, cataloguing, listing optimization, inventory planning, promotions, and performance management.
