Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online platform management.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, and order processing.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
• Handle platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and the company website, as applicable.
• Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and track deliveries.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and order status.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain platform data.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
