Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and marketplace policies.

Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and other platforms.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles and keywords.
Manage product images, pricing, inventory, and stock updates.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Track product performance, sales reports, and marketplace analytics.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely fulfillment.
Identify listing errors and resolve marketplace issues.
Improve product rankings, visibility, and conversions.
Monitor competitor pricing and product trends.
Maintain accurate product data and updates.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, inventory management, order processing, marketplace account management, and improving product visibility and sales across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and other e-commerce platforms.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
Manage product images, pricing, inventory, and stock updates.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Track product performance, sales reports, and marketplace analytics.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Identify listing errors and resolve marketplace-related issues.
Implement strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and conversions.
Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and marketplace policies.
Maintain accurate product data and regular account updates.

Required Skills
