Shakti Global is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to oversee daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. The role requires hands-on catalogue management, accurate product listings, timely order processing, and vigilant inventory control to ensure listings stay synchronized across platforms.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, monitor stock levels, and optimize product detail pages to drive sales while maintaining data integrity and timely updates.

Qualificações

• 5–6 years of proven experience in E-commerce Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart.
• Good working knowledge of Meesho and Myntra marketplace operations.
• Expertise in product listing, catalogue management, and order processing.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders and inventory management.
• Experience in handling multiple marketplace operations independently.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Marketplace Management: Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra; handle product listings and catalogue management; create and optimize product details; ensure timely uploads and updates; monitor performance and resolve listing issues.
• Order & Purchase Management: Manage daily order processing and purchase orders; monitor incoming orders and ensure timely execution; coordinate with internal teams for fulfilment, packaging and dispatch; track pending orders.
• Product & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across platforms; maintain accurate product and inventory records; coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for stock updates; ensure catalogue consistency and prevent stock mismatches.

Role Overview

Shakti Global is looking for an experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace management, product listing, order processing, inventory management, and catalogue operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.
• Handle product listings and catalogue management across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product details.
• Ensure accurate and timely product uploads and catalogue updates.
• Monitor marketplace performance and resolve listing-related issues.

2. Order & Purchase Management

• Manage daily order processing and purchase orders.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely order execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, packaging, and dispatch.
• Track pending orders and resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure smooth order management across all marketplaces.

3. Product & Inventory Management

• Monitor product availability and stock levels across platforms.
• Maintain accurate product, stock, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock updates.
• Ensure proper catalogue and product information across all marketplaces.
• Prevent stock mismatches and inventory-related issues.
