Job summary

Joyalukkas is seeking an E-Commerce Executive (Quick Commerce & Marketplace) to manage and grow its online business across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms in Bengaluru. The role requires 1.5–3.5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3.5 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplaces and/or quick-commerce platforms.
• Jewellery E-Commerce experience is a plus.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or Flipkart Minutes is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Tata CLiQ and other marketplaces.
• Manage Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and Flipkart Minutes.
• Handle product listing, cataloguing, pricing, inventory and SKU management.
• Manage marketplace campaigns, promotions and advertising activities.
• Monitor sales, GMV, AOV, conversion, returns and inventory performance.
• Coordinate with marketplace and quick-commerce account managers.
• Analyse marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Handle marketplace escalations and operational issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.
