Job summary

Newleap Nestor seeks an E-Commerce Business Manager to own end-to-end e-commerce across its own digital platform and third-party marketplaces. You will oversee operations, P&L, growth, inventory control and marketplace performance while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms, data-driven decision-making, and strong vendor and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce platforms (marketplaces or branded online stores) including catalog management and order processing.
• Skills in sales analysis, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on ecommerce performance metrics.
• Ability to coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong organizational and operational skills for inventory tracking, vendor coordination and logistics oversight.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team collaboration abilities.
• Proven experience in ecommerce, retail or business management; leadership or P&L responsibility is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field; advanced ecommerce certifications are a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
