Job summary

Beta Digital Services in Jaipur is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to grow seller accounts across leading marketplaces. You will manage listings, optimize product content, monitor orders and inventory, and coordinate with design, advertising, and operations teams to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of marketplace experience, hands-on operations knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce marketplace experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit.
• Strong listing and catalog management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple seller accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor e-commerce seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Flipkart, JioMart and other marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
• Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, returns, cancellations, and account health.
• Handle marketplace issues, tickets, and seller support communications.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and offers.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with the design, advertising, and operations teams.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for clients.
• Ensure marketplace policies and compliance requirements are followed.
• Analyze marketplace data and suggest strategies to improve sales and visibility.

About the Role

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and expertise.
