Job summary

EbizON is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Noida to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

You will build prospect lists, conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and qualify leads for the sales team while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT/Software/SaaS sales and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Technology Sales.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development.
• Good understanding of the sales cycle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
• Ability to interact with mid-level and senior business stakeholders.
• Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
