Gruner Renewable Energy in India is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in process plants to join our team across multiple locations.

The role focuses on troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems and supporting plant operations across sites such as Yavatmal, Ambedkar Nagar, Navsari, Vijaywada, Solapur, Kurkumb, Dhenkanal, Rajahmundary, Prakasam, Lasanpur, Noida-HO, and Satna.

Formación

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and control systems within process plants.
• Proven track record in process plant commissioning and operations.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for instrumentation and control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in process plant environments
• Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance
• Provide technical support for commissioning activities and ongoing plant operations
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand process requirements and implement effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and maintain variable frequency drives (VFDs) and soft starters
• Ensure proper functioning of field instrumentation including pressure, flow, temperature, level transmitters, and on-off actuators
• Support integration and troubleshooting of various communication protocols within the plant network
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in industrial process plants to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, technical expertise in control systems, and a collaborative approach to supporting plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in process plant environments
• Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance
• Provide technical support for commissioning activities and ongoing plant operations
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand process requirements and implement effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and maintain variable frequency drives (VFDs) and soft starters

Technical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for instrumentation and control systems in process plants
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Comprehensive knowledge of field instruments: pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature sensors, level transmitters, and on-off actuators
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols including Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, PROFINET, and PROFIBUS
• Experience with drives systems including VFDs and soft starters
