The role focuses on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Blinkit, and platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with these marketplaces and strong skills in product listings, optimization, and PPC/ads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of major marketplaces and marketplace operations.
• Ability to train on product listing optimization, catalog management, and pricing.
• Experience with advertising on marketplaces (PPC/ads) and SEO for e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical E-commerce training sessions.
• Train students on marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit).
• Teach listing optimization, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and catalog management.
• Explain Amazon Ads / PPC and marketplace advertising fundamentals.
• Provide hands-on assignments, live projects, and case studies.
• Mentor students and prepare them for e-commerce job interviews.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate E-commerce Trainer who can provide practical training on e-commerce, marketplace management, product listing, advertising, SEO, analytics, and online store management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Blinkit , along with platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and engaging E-commerce training sessions.
• Train students on major marketplaces, including:
• Amazon Seller Central
• Flipkart Seller Hub
• Meesho Supplier Panel
• Blinkit Seller / Marketplace
• Teach students how to create and optimize product listings.
• Train students on product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and catalog management.
• Explain marketplace account management and seller operations.
• Teach Amazon Ads / PPC and marketplace advertising fundamentals.
• Train students on product research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Teach E-commerce SEO and product-page optimization.
• Provide practical knowledge of inventory, order, return, and customer management.
• Train students on Shopify and WooCommerce store setup and management.
• Explain conversion optimization and strategies for increasing online sales.
• Provide hands‑on assignments, live projects, and case studies.
• Guide students in creating and managing practical e-commerce projects.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student performance.
• Mentor students and prepare them for e-commerce job interviews.
• Keep training material updated according to current marketplace trends and industry practices.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of E-commerce & Marketplace Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Blinkit.
• Knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of product listing and catalog management.
• Knowledge of E-commerce SEO and keyword optimization.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC / Marketplace Ads.
• Understanding of product research and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is an added advantage.
• Understanding of e-commerce analytics and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts in simple, practical language.
• Strong mentoring and classroom-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Prior experience as an E-commerce Trainer, Faculty, Mentor, or Consultant is preferred.
• Candidates with experience managing their own e-commerce store or marketplace accounts will be preferred.
