Job summary

Kamaths Ourtimes Ice Cream is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee and optimize online store performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.

You will collaborate with supply chain, marketing and CRM teams to improve availability, listings, pricing and content quality, while monitoring KPIs and implementing campaigns for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in e-commerce, Marketing or Hotel Management. MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in key account management, e-commerce operations or online merchandising, preferably within FMCG/food & beverage or retail/grocery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize store performance indicators for a seamless online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to minimize out-of-stock issues and maintain high item availability and order fulfilment accuracy.
• Manage and update food product listings, including SEO-optimized descriptions, nutritional information and pricing across platforms.
• Ensure alignment of product content with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Liaise with CRM and Customer Support to resolve escalations and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and analyse e-commerce KPIs: conversion, traffic, bounce, sales velocity, cart abandonment, CLV.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Innovation, CRM and Operations to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and channel growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously optimize store performance indicators such as product visibility, inventory accuracy, delivery serviceability and checkout usability to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to minimize out-of-stock issues and maintain high levels of item availability and order fulfilment accuracy.
• Manage and update food product listings, including high-quality images, engaging and SEO-optimized descriptions, nutritional information and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure alignment of product content with brand guidelines and compliance with platform requirements.
• Liaise closely with the CRM and Customer Support teams to resolve escalations, address queries and implement proactive measures for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and analyse key e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rates, traffic sources, bounce rates, sales velocity, cart abandonment and customer lifetime value.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Innovation, CRM and Operations teams to execute coordinated campaigns, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse sales data, customer buying patterns, category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product optimization, bundling, pricing strategy and channel growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate, a degree in e-commerce, Marketing or Hotel Management. MBA graduates preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in key account management, e-commerce operations or online merchandisingpreferably within the FMCG, food & beverage or retail/e grocery industry.
