Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Online Sales.
• Experience in FMCG industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales via Premier Tissues website and Amazon seller accounts.
• Keep product data, pricing, inventory, images, and descriptions up to date.
• Collaborate with marketplace managers to boost visibility and revenue.
• Track daily sales, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze reports to identify online revenue opportunities.
• Plan promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor reviews and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse for stock replenishment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

• Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor daily sales, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
• Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities to improve online revenue.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales.
• Track customer reviews and ratings and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Work closely with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
