Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in ecommerce, proficiency with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, and strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and reliable support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of ecommerce experience.
• Proficient with ecommerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
