Job summary

Lumina Datamatics is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead one or more client projects within our eCommerce operations division. You will oversee delivery teams, drive process excellence, and act as the primary contact for client communication, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and quality standards are met.

• Document project processes and maintain accurate operational records.
